Specialist Practice.
Serious Results.
This is a specialist Google Ads practice with over 10 years of experience managing campaigns for eCommerce and Shopify businesses worldwide. The focus is narrow by design: four services that address the structural reasons most businesses underperform on Google Ads - Gap Analysis, Competitor Intelligence, Campaign Builds, and Product Feed Optimisation.
The businesses that engage these services are typically spending between $5k and $50k per month on Google Ads. They've moved past the testing phase. They need an expert who can read an account properly, identify what's costing them money, and produce a clear, prioritised action plan - not a report built from a template.
Not an Agency. Not a Retainer.
Services that will make an impact.
Google Ads is typically the largest marketing investment an eCommerce business makes. Yet most accounts are underperforming - not because of budget, but because of structural issues that compound quietly over time: campaigns competing against each other, search terms that were never reviewed, ad copy written without competitor knowledge, and Shopping feeds full of weak titles that Google can't match to the right searches.
These four services address the root causes. A Gap Analysis shows exactly where budget is being lost. A Competitor Intelligence Report maps the market before a dollar of copy is written. A Campaign Build Report gives you a complete launch plan without a retainer. And a Product Feed Audit fixes the titles, attributes, and search match issues that silently drag Shopping performance down.
Each service is built around deep, account-specific analysis - not a template with your logo dropped in. The output reflects your account, your market, and your competitors.
Find What's Costing You →-
Stop losing budget to problems you can't seeThe Gap Analysis goes 10 pillars deep - traffic quality, bid strategy, RSA headlines, keyword cannibalisation, negative keyword gaps, campaign structure, and account configuration. Businesses typically find 20-40% of their budget is recoverable within the first 90 days of implementation.
-
Win customers competitors don't know you're targetingThe Competitor Intelligence Report analyses five competitors in depth - their live ads, full website messaging, positioning angles, and the gaps they're leaving open. Most businesses discover entire customer segments their competitors are ignoring entirely.
-
Build campaigns that scale - not ones that plateauMost businesses have to choose between an expensive agency retainer or guessing at the structure themselves. The Campaign Build Report gives you a complete blueprint - keyword architecture, ad copy, negative lists, bid strategy - documented clearly so you can launch properly without locking into ongoing management costs.
-
Fix the Shopping feed problems costing you impressionsMost Shopping underperformance traces back to the feed - short titles, missing attributes, and search term mismatches that stop your products appearing in the right searches. The Product Feed Audit cross-references your actual search query data against every product title and fixes what's holding back impression share and CTR.

The 10-Pillar Gap Analysis Framework
Every Gap Analysis covers all 10 pillars. Most businesses find problems in at least 4. If you already know which pillars apply to your account - that's exactly the point.
The difference between average and excellent Google Ads performance is rarely budget. It's almost always structural - and the structural problems tend to be invisible unless someone is looking for them specifically. Broad match terms burning spend on irrelevant traffic. RSA headlines so similar they never rotate. Campaigns cannibalising each other's keywords. Account settings misaligned to the campaign's actual goal. These issues compound quietly, and most businesses have no idea they exist.
Every recommendation is specific to the account, the market, and the business - not pulled from a template library.
Find What's Costing You →Best fit: eCommerce and Shopify businesses spending $5k+/month on Google Ads where structural improvements would have a material impact on revenue and ROAS.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about working together.
How much do the services cost?
All services are priced per project with a fixed quote agreed before any work starts - there are no surprises mid-project. Pricing depends on the scope (account size, number of campaigns, complexity). The best way to get a number is to reach out for a quick chat - we can look at your account together and give you an accurate quote within the day.
How quickly will I receive my report?
The Gap Analysis is delivered after receiving account access. The Competitor Intelligence Report is delivered - no account access required. Campaign Build Reports are delivered within 5-7 business days of completing the kickoff brief. Every timeline is confirmed in the proposal before work begins.
Do you offer ongoing management or just one-off projects?
All three services are project-based - there are no lock-in contracts or minimum terms. The Campaign Build Report is designed so you don't need ongoing management: you receive everything documented to launch and run the campaigns yourself, or hand to whoever oversees your Google Ads account. If you don't have the internal resources to actively manage your account, ongoing management is also available - just mention it when you get in touch and we can discuss what that looks like. The most common sequence is: Competitor Intelligence Report first, then a Campaign Build Report informed by the research, then a Gap Analysis three to six months later to assess performance.
What access do you need to get started?
For the Gap Analysis, we need read access to your Google Ads account via a Manager Account invite - a standard access level that lets us view your data without making changes. For the Competitor Intelligence Report, no account access is needed at all - we research your competitors directly from live SERP data and their websites. For a Campaign Build, we need admin access to create campaigns, plus a completed kickoff brief covering your business goals, target audience, budget, and any existing brand or copy guidelines.
Is this right for my business?
These services work best for eCommerce businesses spending at least $5,000/month on Google Ads. Below that level, the cost of a diagnostic report may not be proportionate to the budget being managed. If you're unsure whether your situation is a good fit, just reach out - an honest answer is always free.
How is this different from using an agency?
The main differences are depth, directness, and speed. A typical agency Gap Analysis is a templated report a junior runs in two hours and hands to an account manager to present. Ours goes 10 pillars deep, is written by the person who ran the analysis. The Competitor Intelligence Report analyses live competitor ads and full website messaging - not just a keyword overlap tool. And Campaign Builds are built around your competitive landscape, not a keyword planner export. You also deal directly with Rob throughout - no account managers in between.
